MENU I

• Lawar Kacang (Long bean, grill coconut, squid & "Base Gede" Balinese spices)
• Kuah Be Pasih (Balinese seafood soup)
• Pepes Be Pasih (Grill fish wrap in banana leaf) 
• Pisang Rai (Balinese banana dumpling with palm sugar sauce)

MENU II

• Jukut Bejek (Long bean, grill coconut with kalasan paste)
• Gerang Asem (Authentic Balinese chicken soup with "Base Gede" Balinese spices)
• Sate Lilit (Balinese style chicken satay)
• Dadar Gulung (Balinese crapes with coconut, palm sugar caramelized)

MENU III

• Gonda Suna Cekuh (Gonda vegetable with chili, aromatic ginger, garlic, shrimp paste)
• Kuah Jamur (Authentic Balinese mushroom soup)
• Tahu Tempe Santen (Classic Balinese vegan menu with tofu, soybean cake and coconut cream) 
• Kolak Pisang (Indonesian sweet dessert with banana, sweet potato, palm sugar)

MENU IV

• Pecelan (Classic Indonesian salad from java, mix vegetable with peanut sauce)
• Bergedel (Indonesian corn fritter)
• Tempe Manis (Popular in Indonesia made from soybean cake, sugar, sweet soya and aromatic leaf)
• Mie Goreng (Indonesian fried yellow noodles, with assorted vegetable)
• Pisang Goreng (Indonesian sweet banana fritter)
