Spending time at 8 Cooking Hats Chef is very amazing! Also, this was a very special experience for me! Cooking everything from scratch using high-quality ingredients (very often, from Irina's garden nearby) and making amazing dishes by myself. I would recommend joining 8 Cooking Hats when you travel to Greece.

First of all, we were very amazed with the cooking class' location; panorama see view. Irina very clearly explained the structure of the whole process, what will be cooked, what kind of products we will take. All the products are of high quality. Everyone got to do the hands on cooking from the beginning, chopping, cooking, and also tasting. What a fantastic experience.

Picking organic fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden, wild fresh fish, fresh olive oil from the garden and much more. Large choice of dishes to learn how to cook. Irina"s positive energy and enthusiasm was contagious. We loved it. With individual stations and fact we actually prepared and cooked our dishes was a fantastic learning experience. Superb.
