Our cooking classes offer you to immerse yourself in Northern heritage, as the food that you will be cooking will have originated from provinces all over Northern Thailand. In all of our classes you will have the chance to visit a local market to pick out fresh ingredients to use in your cooking. However, in some of our cooking classes, you will further have the opportunity to pick out fresh ingredients from an organic garden that you will also use in your cooking.

First, we went to the local market where we could try different things and learned a lot. The kitchen was very well equipped and we got an answer to all of our many questions. The food we cooked was delicious. Highly recommended!

"Excellent, and I don’t say that lightly."
Jaru was amazing. Her story and her ethic are fantastic. She creates an experience for each individual in the class. The presentation is impeccable and her work stations are immaculate. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is professionally trained but presents the class as if you are a guest in her home. "Great learning experience"
Jaruwan is Thai/Akha and speaks very good English, including cooking terms. The premises and equipment are all new and very high-spec. Her backup team prepare the ingredients for each course and clear things away, so guests focus on preparation and eating. In addition to the usual Thai dishes, you get to prepare an Akha dip, rather like nam prik ong.
I can highly recommend this to anyone who has visitors who are interested in Thai cooking and how those delicious flavors are prepared.
