The Italian Tuscan capital with its Renaissance architecture will transport you back into the age of Michelangelo. By taking our cooking class you will be whisked away back in time to the Medieval ages, where you will be taking your class in the birthplace of wine, the Tuscan countryside. Discover how to create true Italian cuisine as you prepare an authentic Italian meal complete with the antipasto to the dessert. You will also be given a chance to visit to the local Tuscan market to pick out fresh ingredients for you to cook with.
So much fun and easy to follow instructions. Cooking is so fun now with these new skills.

My 13 year old son and I took this class with Manuela and we loved it! She is a great teacher, patient with kids and a wonderful cook. We can't wait to get home and try out what we learned!

This was the best cooking class that we have taken. It was all hands on from start to finish with expert advice throughout. Easy class with lots of inside tips. Three great dishes lots of fun and a few wines and even a bit of Italian language lesson. For historical tragics the class was held in a building that Michael Angelo lived in for 6 tears. Would certainly highly recommend this class.

What a great class! We had such a nice time preparing the dishes and interacting with a great group of participants. Chef Luca was lovely and very knowledgeable. The best part was eating the food we prepared and sharing it with new friends over bottles of Chianti!

Expertly coordinated Cooking Class with classy chefs! Isak and Carmela make a wonderful chef team blending Isak's USA West-Coast Chill stirred together with Carmela's fiery Italian enthusiasm! Quick trip through the famed San Lorenzo Market yielded the ingredients for a wonderful meal in which we all participated in preparing. The group was large, but we each had a hand in chopping, and stirring. The highlight was the chance for all of us to make fresh pasta and top it off with a personally designed Tiramisu! We enjoyed a complete meal overlooking the marvelous Tuscan countryside filled with olive trees and vegetable patches. A definite "do-over" but perhaps with a smaller group!
