Ms Trichada teaches with such warmth and lots of passion and welcomes you into her home kitchen with such grace and hospitality. She makes you feel like you’re cooking in the kitchen with a good friend or your family. A wonderful and fun experience! I’d highly recommend a class with her whether it’s for dishes you’re familiar with or to learn more about other regional Thai cuisine. A must do!

The instructors were extremely helpful. The kitchen is well equipped to let you enjoy the lesson without having to worry about the logistics and safety. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. It's a wonderful time to spend your morning in Chiang Mai

We had a truly immersive and inspiring experience. Oui welcomed us with genuine warmth and guided us through every step — from selecting local ingredients at the market to preparing each dish with passion and precision. Her explanations were rich, clear, and full of local insight. We not only cooked, we learned — about flavours, techniques, and the stories behind each plate. The hands-on cooking session could have lasted even longer, as we were so deeply engaged and eager to dive deeper into the culinary process. But even within the time we had, we gained a great deal and felt incredibly enriched. All in all, this was far more than a cooking class — it was a cultural journey. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to connect with authentic Thai cuisine in a meaningful, personal way. Thank you Oui for such a memorable experience!

The class was so good, we learned so much and ate so much and even had some to bring home. Pim instructions were clear and we had a great time. Highly recommend it

although the weather was too hot, it was still fun and enjoyable. now that was more like cooking in the garden than a farm!

This was a fabulous experience. We had the opportunity to make several Thai dishes in a cooking school located on the outskirts of Chiang Mai. We picked organic ingredients from the small farm and then cooked (and ate!) the dishes. Well worthwhile experience.

Da and his family were kind and welcoming and had an excellent knowledge of Chiang my past and present. Da's culinary skills were unquestionable and the food was supersonic!

We had a great time. What we liked most is that's not the typical cooking class with visiting a market, since we have seen a lot of markets already. We loved the environment, the garden is very nice and it was great having a guided tour in between courses from our chef. Which brings us to the chef of the cooking class. The information was good, you can choose your options (even more then writin on the site) and it was very easy going and a lot of fun!

Food was amazing and our chef Bryan was very funny :). Beautiful environment as well. Really recommend!

Delicious food choices. Excellent instruction and tutors. Very well organised. Probably the best cooking class I have attended in Thailand. Great and amusing explanations of recipe origins. Added interest with history of area and food. Scientific reasons added to give information for adding certain ingredients ts. Niti an inspiring tutor. And her assistant too. And kop khan ka to the kitchen hands who washed and dried and prepped and helped the day go smoothly. Enjoyed the market visit. The new flavours. All in all I would recommend d this class.

A really enjoyable day learning Thai cooking skill and so much fun. If you are planning to learn some cooking skills in Thailand then I would 100% recommend.

A really great experience in a perfect setting. The garden tour is very insightful and the cooking class very comprehensive and very insightful. Roger is very kind and helpful and very witty. Amazing first introduction into Thai cuisine!
