Tony and Manuel made us at home from the moment we arrived. We learnt so much from Tony’s amazing experience. The ingredients were so fresh… Tony had been to the fish market that morning. All the food was delicious. Would definitely recommended adding this class to your Sorrento stay.

Our chef was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about seafood, guiding us through the preparation of three exquisite dishes. We began with a refreshing seafood salad, followed by a flavorful seafood pasta, and ended with a delicious baked fish with a citrus twist. The hands-on approach allowed us to learn various cooking techniques and tips that are easy to replicate at home. The class also included a tasting session with local wines, which perfectly complemented our dishes. The class was so enjoyable. Antonio was informative and entertaining he made the night a lot of fun. I wish he were my cookery teacher at school as I would have enjoyed those classes and learned a lot more about cooking! The meatballs and tiramisu we made were delicious and I can't wait to try making them again at home. To sum up Perfetto! You must take this class.
