Discover the secrets of Bali at our cooking class in Ubud. First, you'll be picked-up at your hotel and then you'll visit a local market to choose the ingredients for your cooking class. Select from the available vegetables, herbs, meat, and spices on display.

Before the cooking class begins, this experience also includes following the process of making Balinese offerings. Our staff will teach you how to make a Canang and other equipment.

Then take part in a cooking class and learn all the secrets of preparing Balinese food, while expert chefs provide guidance and assistance. Interact with your fellow cooks and discover handy techniques as you prepare your starters, main courses, and authentic desserts.

After everything is done, enjoy your meal and savor the delicious flavors of your creations.

Regular:

• Sate Lilit (Mess of spices and fish skewer)
• Green pumpkin soup (Vegetable soup with pumpkin)
• Pepes Ikan (Grilled fish in banana leaf)
• Lawar (Mixed vegetables with coconut sauce)
• Kare Ayam (Chicken curry with Balinese sauce)
• Tempe Lalah Manis (Fried sweet and spiced Tempe)
• Bubur Injin (Black rice pudding with coconut milk)

Vegetarian:

• Sate Tempe (Soybean cake skewer and peanut sauce)
• Green pumpkin soup (Vegetable soup with pumpkin)
• Pepes Jamur (Mushroom with sauce and grilled in banana leaf)
• Tahu Kare (Tofu curry with coconut milk)
• Lawar (Mixed vegetables with coconut sauce)
• Tempe Lalah Manis (Fried sweet and spiced Tempe)
• Bubur Injin (Black rice pudding with coconut milk)

スケジュール

07.30 am until 08.00 am: Pick up at your hotel (Ubud area only) or meet at Ubud center (infront of Milk and Madu resto).

08.20 am Local market tour.

09.00 am Arrive at our class.

09.20 am Welcome coffee or tea and introduction.

09.40 am Start the class.

12.00 am Lunch and enjoy the food you cooked.

01.00 pm Back to the hotel or meeting point.

The duration of the class is 4 hours.
