You will be welcome into a Balinese house with a beautiful setting and discover Balinese family life. All classes are conducted in English by Balinese chefs fully conversant with Balinese cuisine and culture.

All recipes will be made by you then you will savor the delight you have made for lunch and dinner in our garden

your afternoon will start with us at 5 pm then we will go to the rice field /plantation then welcome into the Balinese house to discover family life, make an offering, and hands-on cooking class.

A breathtaking Balinese natural landscape, the atmosphere of the Balinese house, candles, and an abundance of flower petals all help set the mood for romance. where you have created 6 main course menus, for this special night.

This recipe incorporates a variety of vegetables and vegetable stock, making it both healthy and flavorful.

• Sate Lilit

(Minced Meat Satay) - Ground meat is wrapped around lemongrass skewers and grilled to perfection.

• Lawar Bali

A traditional Balinese dish made with a blend of vegetables, grated coconut, and a mix of aromatic Balinese herbs and spices.

• Tempe Manis

Sweet tempeh made from fermented soybeans, glazed with sweet soy sauce.

• Chicken Curry

Chicken cooked with vegetables, potatoes, coconut milk, and a rich, herb-infused curry sauce.

• Gado-Gado

A mix of vegetables and tofu served with peanut sauce.

• Pepes Ayam

A traditional method of cooking where chicken and spices are wrapped in banana leaves and steamed, secured with toothpicks.

• Banana Caramel

• 5:00 PM: Free pick-up from Ubud Center (only)
• 5:15 PM: Visit a traditional Balinese home
• 5:30 PM: Participate in an offering ceremony
• 5:45 PM: Begin the cooking class
• 7:00 PM: Enjoy a romantic dinner
• 9:00 PM: Return to your hotel in Ubud

The duration of the class is 4 hours.
