A Culinary Journey: Group Cooking Class in Bologna

Il Salotto di Penelope’s motto is “chiacchiere e cucina,” which means that if you’re passionate about discovering local food and traditions while enjoying the company of others, a group class is the perfect choice for you.

As you may not be the only participants, we will select three dishes for the group to prepare, ensuring they suit everyone’s preferences and needs.

Our most common menu includes Tagliatelle with ragù alla Bolognese, Tortelloni Bolognesi with butter and sage, and either Gnocchi or Ravioli with tomato sauce. However, the menu may vary based on seasonality and our requirements. Regardless, it will always feature pasta, so you’ll learn how to knead and roll it.

Our lessons are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned cooks. We promise an engaging and enjoyable experience for adults and children alike.
