Fun, informative and delicious!
Ruby was fantastic. She was very informative about the history of Egg Coffee in Hanoi, and also about the differences between the robusta and arabica beans. I am so glad we did this for a final day in Hanoi.
I can definitely recommend it to other travelers who may be a little bit short on time for a full cooking class. At 90 minutes for making the two coffees with a Báhn Mi included it is the perfect old quarter pit stop to learn a new skill and enjoy some delicious tradition!
