Met a lovely father and daughter making pasta as well and connected on multiple topics of conversation! What more could you want!

As a hobbyist pasta maker, I was very excited for this class, and it did not disappoint. I researched many pasta classes in Italy, especially in Bologna because the art of pasta making is so rich here. Of all the classes I found, this one stood out to me because Bruno e Franco is regarded as one of the best pasta shops in Bologna. Martina was an excellent teacher. She explained everything in a way that was very easy to follow, but also very detailed. I learned a lot of new techniques to improve my craft, and my wife learned to make pasta from scratch for her first time. I appreciate that they teach you how to roll the dough by hand with the mattarello as well. That is the traditional way to do it, and it's hard to find classes that teach it outside of Bologna. On top of the great class, the meal we had at the end with all the fresh pasta we had just made was one of the best we had in Italy. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn the art of pasta making. It's a perfect class for beginners or experts alike.

Martina was fantastic and the cooking class was a ton of fun. Martina is great teacher and the food turned out really well and super tasty. If you are staying Bologna this is a must do!

After a couple of false starts, we finally connected with Martina for this wonderful class. Small group of four students made it very hands on. And the results were amazing!
