Join Isabella, a passionate expert in Tuscan cuisine since 2018, on a journey through authentic culinary traditions.

In this hands-on class, you’ll prepare a selection of classic, seasonal recipes:

• A timeless Tuscan appetizer
• Fresh homemade pasta with a seasonal accompaniment of your choice
• A specialty meat dish (pork, chicken, rabbit, or Chianina beef) or a flavorful vegetable-based course
• A seasonal side dish sourced from the garden
• A beloved Tuscan dessert—either cantucci or the classic tiramisu

The experience concludes with a delightful tasting of your creations, perfectly paired with our carefully selected wines to enhance every flavor.
