Travel through the world of Balinese & Indonesian cooking and learn a beautiful, healthy menu cooked with fresh ingredients, perfect for any season. Think of gorgeous, delicious, exotic, fragrant, fresh herb-flavoured dishes with sweet & sour flavours to delight your family and friends.

Our philosophy regarding preparing and cooking food in our class is simple. We believe hands-on training in the kitchen is the best way to learn how to cook.

• Indonesian Fried Noodle (Mie Goreng)
• Indonesian Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng)
• Black Rice Pudding ( Bubur Injin )
• Shallot Lemongrass Relish ( Sambal Matah )
• Homemade Tomato Relish ( Sambal Tomat )

スケジュール

• 8:00 am: Pick up from your Hotel or Villa with air-conditioned transport* please check included and excluded area
• 8:30 am: Traditional market visit 
• 9:30 am: Arrived at the cooking school, our home.
• 9:35 am: Local Balinese breakfast with coffee or tea and cold towel is served
• 9:45 am: Herb and spice lecture 
• 10:00 am: Hands-on cooking lesson and recipe booklet to take home
• 12:45 pm: Lunch, we will serve your own cooking at our balcony with 180° spectacular rice field, mountain and ocean view. 
• 1:30 pm: End of the class and return back to your Hotel or Villa.
