My husband and I did this cooking class looking to learn to cook Balinese food which is packed full of flavour and spice. We had a wonderful teacher, Tre, who was patient, educational and spoke fantastic English. The menu was extensive from basic sauces/pastes to soups, satay meat, BBQ fish, fried noodles, coconut pancakes and traditional fried banana - after we made each dish (prepped & cooked at individual stations) we then ate each delious dish!!! The ingredients were fresh and I was amazed at the flavours which came through in the dishes my husband and I had made. Learnt so much! First thing we are going to do when we are back in Perth is buy a wok and see if we can recreate these dishes without the Supervision of Tre!! Fingers crossed!!!! Must do this class....
