Join a Tuscan cooking class in the countryside of San Gimignano and enjoy authentic Italian food in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

In this small group experience, you will prepare fresh handmade pasta using simple and traditional techniques. The class takes place in a rural setting at Casalchino – Fattoria La Torre, surrounded by vineyards and the typical Tuscan landscape.

More than just a cooking class, this is a moment of sharing, where food, wine and conversation come together naturally. After the preparation, you will enjoy the meal together, including bruschetta, fresh pasta and a traditional dessert, paired with local wine.

The experience is hosted by Massimo, your local host, who will cook with you, guide you through the recipes and share stories about Tuscan food culture in an informal and engaging way.
