Savor the world of traditional Balinese and Indonesian cooking with our fresh and healthy menu.

Think delicious sweet and sour flavors, combined with exotic fragrances and fresh herb seasonings. Best of all, our cooking school is set in a stunning location with views of the rice fields, mountain, and ocean.

All our recipes are easy to follow, exact and well-described. We've worked hard to make sure each recipe is easy to cook, especially when you recreate these dishes back in your home kitchen to delight your family and friends. Our cooking instructors are the best home cooks in the local area so you'll learn multigenerational recipes and traditional cooking techniques.

Our philosophy regarding preparing and cooking food in our class is simple. We believe a fun and hands-on experience in the kitchen is the best way to learn how to cook.

8:00 am: Pick up at your accommodation with air-conditioned transport* please check included and excluded area
8:00 am: Visit to the local farmers' markets.
9:30 am: Arrived at our cooking school. Explore a local Balinese breakfast with coffee and tea.
10:15 am: Learn about local herbs and spices.
10:45 am: Cooking session begins!
1:30 pm: Lunch break, rest and relax where we'll serve your own culinary creations. Enjoy your meal on our balcony with spectacular 180° views of the rice fields, mountain and ocean. Includes one bottle Beer and free-flowing soft drinks and bottled water.
3:00 pm: End of the class. Take home your own recipe booklet and return to your accommodation.

"Best cooking class I ecer attended!"

This was perfect from start to finish. Friendly and professional, lot’s of cooking (20 recipes!!) and fun. Learned a lot about the specific spices and vegetables that make the Indonesian cuisine so special.

"One of the best cooking classes we've taken!"

We've taken quite a few in our travels. The full-day cooking class was awesome. Erlinda and her crew were so fun and engaging. And they were such a well-oiled machine. There were times when they would switch out for one another and you barely even noticed. There were only the two of us on our day but I can imagine it gets crazy with a lot more people. The food was incredible and we're already talking about which recipes we're going to make again at home. Unfortunately, there was way too much food for us to complete. But every but was delicious. I would 100% recommend Erlinda and her crew.

"The best cooking experience ever"

Erlinda and her lovely ladies run a very professional clocking school but at the same time you feel like you are learning to cook Balinese and Indonesian cuisine at home It is hands on at your own station with help from the lovely Erlinda and house ladies. Be ready for lots of cooking after you attended the local traditional produce markets to learn about some of the ingredients you will be using. Also you have your own recipe book of all the recipes and techniques also to make your own notes if wanted
