This is a truly unique experience made by the first cooking school in Naples. A mixture of techniques, traditions, and professionalism combine in this cosy, family-style environment.

Giorgia Chiatto and her mum Carmela Caputo, the founder of the school, will lead you through local flavors and cooking techniques, making sure that what you learn is knowledge you will be able to apply in your own home in order to replicate the tastiest recipes from Naples. We offer a fun, hands-on cooking class followed by the tasting of your creations.

Depending on the season we follow what nature has to offer:

Pizza

• Calzoncelli - Stuffed fried pizza

Pasta

• Gnocchi alla sorrentina allo scarpariello - Sorento style gnocchi with tomato sauce or
• Pasta alla puttanesca - Pasta in tomato sauce with anchovies and capers or 
• Ravioli capresi - Stuffed pasta with tomato sauce

Main

• Eggplant Parmigiana or 
• Gattò di Patate - Baked potato gateau with various cold cuts

Dessert

• Torta Caprese with Choccolate - Italian almond cake or
• Lemon or 
• Pastiera - Neapolitan tart flavoured with orange flower water 

일정

• 10:30 am: Arrive at the school and be welcomed with drinks and finger food
• 10:45 am: Introduction from chef Giorgia and begin the hands on food preparation
• 1:00 pm: Time to enjoy your own creation
• 1:30 pm: End of the culinary experience
