More Than Just a Cooking Class

I liked the personal touches added by the chef , it really does give a homemade feel to the whole experience, it was amazing to be able to take part in the process and feel like I was making the food myself whilst having someone there to make sure I'm doing everything right. her English was amazing and the broth was the best ramen I've tasted in Japan so far. would definitely recommend this to someone who wants to try authentic Japanese cuisine

Fun Cooking Experience with Mikiko

Mikiko is a great teacher. She is patient, gives clear instructions, and is a great foodie! I had a great learning how to make the chashu, ramen and pork broth, all from scratch. The end was both great delicious. I emptied the bowl completely! Good eats!!
