Welcome to an authentic Moroccan cooking experience in a beautiful historic palace in the heart of Marrakech’s Medina. Begin with traditional Moroccan mint tea and a sweet treat, then meet your Chef and soak up the palace’s unique atmosphere.
Accompanied by your Chef, visit a local market to discover fresh ingredients and select the produce used in your cooking class. Return to the palace for a hands-on lesson in preparing traditional Moroccan cuisine, from flavorful salads and a delicious tagine to a sweet Moroccan dessert.
Once the cooking is complete, sit down and savor the dishes you have prepared together. Combining warm Moroccan hospitality, local market discovery, traditional culinary techniques, and the charm of a historic palace, this experience offers a memorable way to discover Marrakech through its rich food culture.

- 12:00 pm: Return to the palace and introduction to Moroccan spices and ingredients
- 12:15 pm: Hands-on cooking session with our Chef
- 1:15 pm: Prepare traditional Moroccan salads and tagine
- 1:45 pm: Prepare the traditional Moroccan orange dessert
- 2:30 pm: Enjoy and taste the dishes you have prepared
- 3:00 pm: End of the cooking class and farewell

- Meet at Palais Moulay Saïd, located in the heart of Marrakech’s Medina, directly in front of Koulchi Zin Restaurant. The palace is within walking distance of several major Medina landmarks and is easy to reach on foot.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Our team will be waiting at the entrance of Palais Moulay Saïd to welcome you and guide you to your cooking class.
