Manh is a great host sharing with us local market and farm culture. Its the best way to understand local food and the source of food used for cooking. The food menu is provided for selection before date of arrival. Its great amosphere to cook and eat in local home setting. She is patient and able to explain clearly in english. "Excellent Tour and Class"
We had an incredible time on our market tour. Our guide and cooking instructor, Cinnamon, was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun! She knew her way around the market and shared so many interesting stories with us. When we got back to the kitchen she showed us how to make classic Vietnamese dishes that tasted delicious!! Such a fun day and an incredible experience. Thank you Cinnamon, our amazing guide and teacher!!!

We joined a group of about 8 participants, this made a lovely social class and we learned a lot doing the Vietnamese cooking. The guide/teacher was very good, both with the cooking and also discussing lots about Vietnamese culture etc. She has brilliant English, ask for her tip on how to pronounce "Pho"!

The cooking class was just as I expected. As a group, we first decided what we wished to make (giving us great flexibility). We toured the market to find the necessary ingredients and learned quite a bit about the culture at the same time. The kitchen is GREAT and they have everything you need. The end result is oh-so-good :) Totally recommend doing it!

"Really nice time"
First we went to the local market to get the ingredients. It was really pleasant walk and the guide showed us a lot of stuff (not only things we needed). Then we went to the kitchen. They really tried to make the atmosphere nice for everyone. The chef explained all the steps of preparing the meal and made clear WHY do we need do all of this steps. I liked it a lot.
