Es ist zugegebenermaßen nicht einfach, Kutas Strand und Wellen für andere Aktivitäten hinter sich zu lassen, aber es lohnt sich! Damit du nicht allzu lange aufs Surfen und Sonnen verzichten musst, handelt es sich bei all unseren Kochkursen in Kuta lediglich um Halbtageskurse. Somit kannst du gestärkt und zufrieden wieder an den Strand zurückkehren. In unseren Kochkursen lernst du, wie balinesisches Essen zubereitet wird und kannst mit deinen neuen Fähigkeiten deine Liebsten zuhause beeindrucken. In einigen der Kochkurse besuchst du zudem einen lokalen Markt auf dem die Zutaten für den Kochkurs frisch gekauft werden.

"My Bali Highlight"
This tour was the highlight of my Bali trip.
We were picked up on time and taken to the local market in Kuta, where our amazing leader Tommy showed us all of the local produce that the Balinese people traditionally cook with.
We were then taken to the cooking location, where we were in small groups, and cooked around 8 dishes in total.
The food was delicious! The staff were talented and extremely helpful.
The price of this tour is well worth it!!!

"Great fun, unreal food"
Got to the venue, it was large, well fanned and roomy. There was 25 people in our class, all friendly and fun. The head chef was heaps of fun and very charismatic. All the produce was fresh and well prepared.
We got to use the mortar and pestle, was a lot harder than the western ones.
We were in 3 long tables, and each had it's own cooking stove. We all got a turn to cook.
There was plenty of water given so no worries there.
Finally at the end we got to eat a feast, it was amazing. Taken a copy of the cookbook each for FREE. I'll be cooking back in Aus for sure.

I booked this tour with a friend, and we ended up in a group of 14 people. We were so impressed by the professionalism of the team overall - the enthusiasm and passion Chef Bagus has for food and for teaching people about food, is infectious. He was a fantastic, engaging presenter who was conscientious in his attention to detail while still taking opportunities to keep the class fun and entertaining. My friend and I had a great morning, and we’re looking forward to trying to recreate the dishes back in Australia.
