Patricia war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und Kursleiterin für unseren Kochkurs. Ich habe viele Techniken gelernt, die mir helfen werden, diese Gerichte zu Hause zuzubereiten.

Was für ein toller Kurs! Matteo war super und hat uns interessante „Geheimnisse“ der Pizza- und Gelato-Herstellung verraten. Die Gruppe war auch klasse, und die Räumlichkeiten waren toll. Vielen Dank!

Ich hatte das große Glück, in Mailand einen privaten Kochkurs zu bekommen. Matteo hat alle Schritte super erklärt und eine entspannte und angenehme Lernatmosphäre geschaffen. Er war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Kochen eines leckeren Gerichts und beim Bummeln über den Markt mit seinen vielen tollen Ständen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We came to Milan for our anniversary, and our evening with Chef Paolo was without a doubt the highlight of our trip. He was a wonderful teacher, and his assistant was so helpful and kind. We were smiling from start to finish - an authentic experience that we would recommend to anyone who visits Milan. We enjoyed the pasta served up in the delicious sauce Paolo prepared, with a lovely bottle of wine and some fantastic company. Perfect!

The cooking class exceeded our expectations. We had expert tuition in making several types of pasta. We enjoyed the pasta making and then enjoyed eating our food with lovely sauces and a nice bottle of wine. Paolo, our host and instructor, and Paolo our chef were both first class. I would thoroughly recommend this class. A great and fun experience.

I went to Clara's kitchen with my friends. We had a wonderful morning of cooking, learning, eating great food and drinking great wines. Clara was super nice and professional. I strongly recommend it and I intended to go again!

Chef Clara was amazing. She also explained the origins of the recipes and ingredients, and gave us a mini history lesson on Italy and its regions. Not only did we learn to make delicious food, we had a blast doing it. I highly recommend this class for those who are looking for actual hands on cooking class.

I had a very impressive moment here at Cook In Milan. Clara is a very good teacher. She explained everything thoroughly in a very interesting way. After the class, she also gave us the recipe booklet and souvenir. Such a memorable time in Milan.
