Our experience was exactly what we were hoping for! Aurora is the best cook, cultural coach, and guide imaginable. She is instructive without being overbearing. Her wonderful insights introduced us to new understandings of ingredients and how to combine them in the most tasteful manner. We went away saying, "we could make that!" In addition, her insights into French culture rounded out the experience into the most wonderful day imaginable.

Our private class was fantastic. Aurelie was so open and friendly and really made us feel at home in her beautiful apartment. The macarons we made were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the preparation as well as the opportunity to sit down after we had finished, and enjoy our creations with some tea and coffee!

"The Best Experience on our trip to Paris, France."
Our cooking experience with a great cook, mentor, and great historian was absolutely the best. This class was with Aurore. The trip to the market really gave a “feel for the culture” and many new French cooking skills were learned. Aurore was very knowledgeable about the history of Paris and gave us insights into cheese pairings and the proper ways to cut the cheese. The roast pork turned out great and our chocolate lava cake was to cherish. We had 4 people in our group and all had a wonderful experience.

My bestfriend and I had a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious experience in Paris! The view, the scenery and all that my eyes can see are picturesque! The cooking class took it to a higher level! It was fun learning how to make French pastry especially the macaroons! It was so delicious I can’t believe that in that short period of time we already created a masterpiece. Thanks to our friendly and lovely teacher who guided us throughout our cooking experience.

"One of a Kind Experience"
A lovely class from the city of love, Paris! A cooking class with talented food enthusiast Marion. She was accommodating, lovely and fun! The place was welcoming and so we felt at home and had a lovely stay during our cooking session. The cooking experience was great. We baked the best macarons we have ever had. I have learned a lot of cooking techniques that I would totally apply. Can’t wait to make macarons for my parents soon! Great experience!A lovely class from the city of love, Paris! We had an extraordinary experience taking this class with Marion. I booked it for myself, my daughter and my 16-year old grandson and it was everything I had hoped it would be. We were invited to spend time in a Parisian apartment and experience a glimpse of what it would be like to live there. Our instructor, Marion was wonderful and very patient and encouraging. And her English was far better than our French! While we baked, we had a lovely chat, sharing insights into our countries and then left with a box of macarons and madeleines. None of them made it out of Paris but we will surely be baking them at home soon. I would highly recommend this class.
