Our studio is modern and stylish, located in central Tokyo, just minutes from the nearest train station, and has been featured on popular Japanese TV programs.

In this hands-on class, you'll learn to craft authentic Jiro-style ramen, starting with making thick noodles from scratch, preparing a rich, garlic-infused broth, and cooking tender chashu pork. You'll be equipped to recreate this beloved Japanese dish at home by the end.

Jiro-style ramen is a favorite in Japan, known for its hearty portions, robust garlic flavor, thick noodles, and generous toppings, including chashu pork and various vegetables.

As part of the experience, we also offer a guided tour of Akihabara, where our tour assistant will introduce you to essential Japanese seasonings and ingredients, helping to elevate your ramen-making skills.

• 11:00 AM: Meet your guide at the designated meeting point.
• 11:10 AM: Begin a walking tour of Akihabara, including a visit to a local grocery store.
• 12:00 PM: Take the train to our kitchen studio.
• 12:30 PM: Arrive at the studio and start making ramen from scratch.
• 1:30 PM: Savor the ramen you’ve crafted.
• 2:00 PM: End of the session.

The time needed will be 3 to 3.5 hours.
