In this hands-on class, we will make two types of easy, nutritious, and delicious okara bread, perfect for incorporating into your daily meals. You'll be free to shape your bread however you like—round, square, or anything in between—and I’ll guide you through each step, sharing helpful tips and important precautions along the way.
Once your bread is ready, you can enjoy it fresh with our homemade jam (optional) or take it back to your accommodation. Every participant will receive our original recipes, so you can continue making okara bread at home and experience its many health benefits long after the class ends.
