MENU I

• Lawar Kacang (Long bean, grill coconut & "base gede" Balinese spices)
• Soup be Pasih (Balinese soup with mahi mahi fish,Shrimp and squid)
• Pepes Be Pasih (Grill Mahi mahi fish in banana leaf)
• Pisang Rai (Balinese banana dumpling with palm sugar sauce)

MENU II

• Jukut Bejek (Long bean with Balinese spices)
• Gerang Asem (Balinese chicken soup with "Base Gede" Balinese spices)
• Sate ayam (Chicken satay on lemongrass stick)
• Dadar Gulung (Balinese crapes with palm sugar and grated coconut)

MENU III

• Jukut Kelor (Moringa leaf with "Base Gede" Balinese spices)
• Jukut Meurab (Long bean, spinach, Bean Sprouts, carrot ,Grated coconut and Balinese spices)
• Tahu Tempe Mesanten (Local Tofu , Tempe and vegetable with Balinese curry and coconut cream)
• Kolak Pisang (Indonesian dessert with banana, coconut cream and palm sugar)
