Pick 3 dishes that you wish to learn how to cook! The class includes a chef demo lesson and a hands on cooking class with supervision from your teacher.
BrassWok Thai Cooking offers private lessons and small group classes (2-6 students only) that are tailored to your request. You will learn the fundamentals of Thai cuisine: the techniques, the key ingredients, and how you can make every creation your own. BrassWok ensures fun, friendly, educational, hands-on, rewarding, therapeutic (as many students claimed) and memorable experience.
Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit for Professional Thai Cuisine, Chutima Incharoen, BrassWok Master Chef, is always excited to share the wonders of Thai Cuisine with her students. Excellent & Five star reviews all the ways!

Do not miss if you have the chance.
When you first meet Chef Pui you know you have met someone very special. She is passionate, engaging, funny, and an amazing teacher. Her class is well paced and organised to make the most of the time. Our group of 9 family members all love cooking and Thai food and now we know why we couldn’t replicate the flavours and textures from our favourite restaurants. No longer! Chef Pui delivered on her promise to demystify Thai cooking and the secret to simple and succulent Thai food. But more than that was the opportunity to share her home and meet such a wonderful person.

Unforgettable Thai Cooking Experience with Chef Pui!
As residents of Phuket for six years, we've had our fair share of amazing food and experiences. However, our private cooking class with Chef Pui at Brass Wok Thai Cooking Class truly stands out as some of the best we've had yet!
Our family of 4, including my wife, her mom, and auntie from Canada, had an incredible time learning from Chef Pui. This experience was not only a highlight of our visitors' 3-week stay but also a standout moment for us long-term residents.
Chef Pui's expertise and warm personality made the class both educational and fun. We created five delicious dishes: Pad Thai, Penang Curry, Tom Kha soup, Yum Woon Sen, and the classic Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the ingredients were fresh and of high quality.
What stood out was the personal attention Chef Pui gave to each of us, ensuring we understood every step of the cooking process. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.
Not only did we learn how to cook these amazing dishes, but we also gained insights into Thai culinary culture and techniques that we'll treasure forever. The best part? We got to enjoy our creations afterward!

An absolute MUST to experience culinary Thai food - and be able to take that knowledge home
This was by far my most favourite experience in Thailand - to have the incredible kindness and expertise of Pui to teach us how to continue to experience traditional Thai food when we return home and share the fresh ingredients and robust flavours of such a variety of dishes - it was truly wonderful. She accommodated our schedule, her session was so organized and smooth, and we walked away in awe of her skills and knowledge. If you want a Thai experience that lasts a lifetime - don’t buy a tshirt - take Pui’s cooking class !! You’ll come away a much richer person.
