Family, love, and tradition concentrated into one classroom.

Italian flour, eggs, and the desire to make as a group while having fun.

Ravioli, fettuccine or pappardelle, potato or pumpkin gnocchi, meat sauce, light sauce for ravioli, and a vegetarian one always in season... Like all our fresh and “SLOW FOOD” products, your pasta will be made with your own hands and with the helpful instructions of our Chefs who will guide you step by step. Of course, there will also be a dessert to finish all the tasting in the mid-700 room, accompanied by matching wine.

To end on a high note and indulge your friends and family at home, you will be given the recipes on your way out.

• 3 types of pasta and 3 typical Italian sauces
  • Ravioli with vegetable filling
  • Fettuccini alla Norma (vegetable sauce)
  • Gnocchi with tomato sauce
• Dessert: Panna Cotta

Programme

• 4:45 pm: Meeting at the cooking school
• The class of Italian Pasta from North to South is held Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at 3.45 pm with a duration of about 3 hours. The class includes 3 hand-made pasta dishes with vegetable sauces and a dessert, including water and wine. The recipes will be given at the end of the class.
• Please note that we have a late arrival policy: If you arrive later than 15 minutes without telling us it will be considered as now show and you can't participate anymore at the class.
