Our cooking class, launched in Tokyo in 2023, is centered around the themes of "Japanese Food and Experience." We are excited to share the richness of Japanese cuisine and the art of sushi-making with guests from all around the globe. Join us for a delightful sushi-making adventure! We can’t wait to welcome you to Japan!

Located in the heart of Asakusa, just a minute’s walk from Asakusa Station, our class is perfectly positioned in one of Tokyo’s most iconic tourist spots. Asakusa is steeped in history and culture, making it a must-visit destination. After your class, you can explore the area's fascinating sights and fully immerse yourself in Japanese culture!

Our lesson is in English, hosted by local staff with extensive international experience and a flair for great entertainment! It’s sure to be an unforgettable highlight of your time in Tokyo!

In this cooking class, we will teach you how to make sushi straight from the beginning! We will also give a lecture on how to practice at home, not just in the classroom. You might be able to have a sushi party with nigiri sushi at home!  We will learn all about sushi and Asakusa before we cut rice, make sushi, and eat.

The ingredients are the real taste that was served at the sushi shop at the counter! This is a course where you can kill two birds with one stone by learning how to make delicious sushi. For people who live in Japan and people who come from abroad to enjoy themselves, we will prepare dishes while learning about the history of Asakusa and the history of sushi together with staff who can speak English and have a lot of overseas experience.

Menu

You can learn how to make 2 types of sushi:

• Nigiri Sushi - It’s the most popular and standard sushi style in Japan and it’s the origin of sushi!
• Maki Sushi (Roll Sushi) - It’s popular sushi all over the world. The type of sushi where ingredients are rolled with rice.

• Allergy-Friendly (No Meat, Nuts, Fruits)

Programme

• Meet with your instructor.
• During the first hour, you'll learn about the history of sushi and practice making it.
• Afterward, you'll have the opportunity to make as much sushi as you like.
